1) Yes = Agree to authorize MVCDAO to release MVC's network gas through Proof of Build [mechanism] to MEXC listing sponsor earlier?

2) No = Everything should remain unchanged and MVCDAO should release MVC's network gas through Proof of Build [mechanism] to MEXC listing sponsor after 14 Aug 2023.

• Executive Summary:

MVCDAO can not release space to sponsor earlier than the original schedule. Under the original schedule, sponsor may not able to participate the upcoming MVC ecosystem's airdrop event.

According to the Listing on MEXC proposal with link above,

MVCDAO should release MVC network's gas to sponsor through Proof of Build (POB) mechanism to them effective one month after space is listed on MEXC. However, under this arrangement, relevant sponsors may potentially unable to participate in the upcoming MVC ecosystem's airdrop event with snapshot period randomly from 8th Aug to 18th Aug.

Shall MVCDAO release space to all sponsors earlier with effective from 05 Aug 2023? Please kindly vote and advise MVCDAO's further action.

• Remarks

1) Space is not an investment vehicle. The proposal to release space to sponsors is a friendly invitation to invite sponsors to govern MVCDAO together, and to thank them for their contribution effort to increasing the exposure of MVC blockchain technology.

2) The proposal is not any intention for investment analysis or induction purpose.
