  • Is your proposal Constitutional (Modifying the existing proposal/Material grant - requires 75% approval) or Non-Constitutional (requests general funds/grants or provides general guidelines or information to the community - requires 60% approval)?

  • Total grant amount & Please specify if payment by 'space' is accepted

  • Payment Emission Schedule

  • Share relevant social media platform links (Website, Github, Twitter, Youtube)

  • A clear milestone assessment report on a monthly and quarterly basis

  1. Confirm Feasibility for Execution:

  • Engage in a discussion with a committee or admin to fill in any gaps in your understanding of the subject matter and gain neutral comments.

  1. Submitting the Proposal:

  • Post your idea as a draft proposal on the public MVCDAO governance forum. Encourage discussion and debate for 3 days to 1 week.

  1. Voting:

  • For expenditures ranging from USDT 2,001 to USDT 30,000, an internal committee vote with a minimum of 4 members voting in favor is required.

  • For expenditures ranging from USDT 30,001 to USDT 120,000, DAO on-chain voting with 60% approval is required.

  • For expenditures exceeding USDT 120,001, DAO on-chain voting with 75% approval is required.

  1. Follow Up:

  • Once a proposal has been approved, unless stated as urgent or otherwise, proposals may experience a slight pause in their commencement. This could usually range from 2 to 10 days, due to necessary preparations, other tasks in the pipeline, or unforeseen circumstances.
