๐ŸžStakeholder Economic

The Proof of Build mechanism is based on the idea that healthy public interest create a thriving ecosystem in the long run. The economics of this ecosystem are designed to generate value for four types of stakeholder:

  • Value accrues to Space-Holder: Space act as value carrier, governance token of MVC and transaction costs within the ecology. At the first stage. when there is more BTCfi project build on MVC for, it is expected that more BTC holder will join the MVC community.

  • Value accrues to Bitcoin-Holder: MVC provide an external operation system for Bitcoin through smart contract. Overall, MVC's service offered to Bitcoin Holder is similar to what polygon does for Ethereum. In the near future, MVC will enable developer painlessly transferred NFT between Bitcoin Chain and MVC Chain.

  • Value accrues to contributors and builders directly from retroactive public goods funding and the markets it enables. Builders also benefit symbiotically: itโ€™s better to build in an ecosystem with well-reward allocation tools, education, apps, and infrastructure.

  • Value accrues to users and community members from 1)MVC native cross chain infrastructure to other public blockchain 2)From project incentives made possible by Space ecosystem rewards, 3)and from the benefit public goods provide.

Letโ€™s break it down โคต๏ธ

Rewards comes directly from MVCDAO treasury & Community, accruing to it's distribution role.

#Rewards is distributed to public goods

Communities benefit from all sorts of public goods, from education to infrastructure to open source software.

#Value from public goods drives growth for MVC protocol

Rewards public goods drives growth โ€” The Foundation draws heavily on the work of MVC committee to make sure rewards for public goods is maximally efficient, effective, and safe, but the final allocation & whether to accept a specific project are determined by space holders with local knowledge and skin in the game.

Thoughtful allocation of public goods rewards will create long-term value for builders, users, $Space holder, and the overall MVC community.
