A conceptual overview

The MVC DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). At its beginning, MVC's development is composed of multiple independent teams working together towards a common goal. With effective from 01 May 2023, The MVC DAO become a community-driven governance mechanism that allows $Space token holders to propose and vote on changes to the protocol it governs.

The MVCDAO has a built-in treasury (MVCDAO treasury - consists of 55% Space allocation). The treasury is used to encourage on-going development and maintenance of MVC as a whole so that ecological participants become real beneficiaries, not bystanders. The model of Proof of Building (Builder's Fund) + (User Growth Fund) makes MVC a business incubator for Web3. Around this mechanism, the development of Web3 will no longer be restricted, and any metaverse/Web3 & BTCfi application can be built with free imagination at a very low cost; Further with the MVC native cross chain DID system (MetaID), MVC is also committed to creating a sound TCP/IP protocol, by connecting bitcoin and a set of multi-chain architecture [Currently Polygon & Ethereum]. Eventually all public blockchain connected to the MVC native cross chain architecture can better complete the sharing of resources and information between each other, so that each Web 3 project can focus on the development of their own business lines, at the same time can realize business sharing and interaction with other Web 3 projects, in a snowball way to make each project users and communities grow together over time.

Overall, the MVCDAO is a powerful tool that facilitates decentralized governance and community-driven management of the MVC ecosystem. By holding $Space tokens and participating in the governance process, individuals can have a direct impact on the future of MVC and, by extension, BVM Bitcoin ecology [From technical prospective, MVC is the ideal side chain of Bitcoin, Bitcoin holder can even optionally choose to use the same wallet address in future for both MVC Chain & Bitcoin Chain].
