Motivation:
In the face of rapidly changing market dynamics and evolving community demands, we recognize the need for a new branding visual strategy to adapt and stay ahead. A strong and cohesive brand image is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in a competitive market. Thus, this proposal aims to select Koncepted as our visual branding service partner to refresh and strengthen our brand identity.
Executive Summary:
To enhance MVC's market position and brand image, the MVC Committee proposes the engagement of Koncepted for visual branding services. We suggest employing their Premium Package for the first month to accomplish a comprehensive brand upgrade. For the subsequent three months, the Pro Package will be utilized for ongoing maintenance and improvements.
*Please note that this collaboration only involves minor adjustments and upgrades to the brand's visual identity. It is important to preserve the existing brand assets as much as possible, rather than completely negating and reshaping the original MVC brand design.

**IV. Decision-Making and Execution Process**
- Final decisions on all website content and design elements will be made jointly by the MVC Committee and MVC Labs members. We propose to initiate a week-long open community feedback collection period on discord community labs channel, during which each member can present their personal opinions to any committee member. Committee members will be responsible for representing community opinions in internal discussions and ultimately finalizing design decisions through mutual consensus.
- The first draft will be reviewed and approved by the Committee and Labs members before being forwarded to Koncepted for design and implementation.

MVCDAO has ample USDT reserves to cover all associated costs. If MIP-24 is approved by DAO, the required USDT will be withdrawn from the existing community liquidity account. In exchange, an equivalent value of Space will be transferred from the DAO treasury to the community liquidity account, ensuring liquidity resources are maintained.
